Zonsan Precision, established in 2015, We offer customized precision parts services for various industries.
ZONSAN Focusing on one-stop service for the design, processing and surface treatment of aluminum products.We has precision press workshops, including 15 punches machine, CNC precision machining workshops and other machines around 66 sets.
The diameter tolerance can be up to +/-0.5um, the roundness can be +/-0.3um, and the surface roughness can reach the mirror surface Ra0.04.

We applied materials from globally-known companies including not only Chinese special steel group of northeast China and CB-CERATIZIT of Taiwan province,
but also Japan NACHI technology, Sweden ASSAB and sandvik group as well as America Kennametal. The quality of our products are guaranteed because of these trustworthy providers.
Products precision
The best diameter tolerance is 0.5?m, thebest coaxial precision is 0.2um, the roundness precision is 0.3um, and the best surface roughness is Ra0.04.
Process equipment
We are equipped with 41 processing equipment, which consist of 26 CNC machines, 8 Grinder and 7 lathes
QC control
We have 12 quality inspection equipment. In order to ensure the quality of our products, the products must be inspected by relevant quality inspection equipment
such as salt spraying tester, hardness tester, roughness tester and altimeter, roundness instrument as well as three dimensional testing equipment.
