3. ZONSAN have 6 years experience on Aluminium machining service,
4. Our workshop have 16 sets CNC high-speed machines, 8 sets CNC milling- turning machines, 1 individual surface trearment workshop and 1 individual stamping workshop.
5. Samples are free for customers.
6. Cost is very competitve and cheaper 20% than most of suppliers as all workshop focus on Aluminum machining.
How we do
1. Roughness :
A good roughness for aluminum enclosure or aluminum housing, it not only requie a high precision CNC machines but also ask very rich experience.
Our factory have 6 years experience on custom aluminum parts, continuous accumulation of machining experience, below are photos for reference.
2. Package:
We use EPE foam or vacuum package to protect aluminum surface very well.
Also we will wrap them during aluminum CNC machining process to avoid any damage.

Our main process is Raw material incoming – Machining – Secondary process – Surface treatment – QC report – Package & Shipping , please check below more details.
Our main machines in workshop are high-speed CNC machines with 3 axis and 4 axis, all cutting tools and machines are service for alumunim material, we have the strong advantage than other suppliers.

Quality Control
Our QC team have 3~4 workers, main test instruments are 2.5D, 3D CMM , Roughness instruments and Hardness instruments.
100% inspection before shipping including material checking, dimensions inspection, roughness checking, hardness checking and appearance checking.
